Xibian Village project, located in the east of Anhai Town, Jinjiang City, is a natural village under the jurisdiction of Batou Village. Xibian Village is the hometown of Mr. Xu Health, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Baolong Group. Mr. Xu has been concerned about the development of his hometown. In order to change the living environment of villagers, promote the construction of beautiful villages in their hometown, and help villages achieve "precise poverty alleviation". Mr. Xu said, "My feelings for Xibian come from my parents' deep love for their hometown and a grateful heart! My greatest wish is that the villagers will change their old ideas and set up new customs in the process of participating in the construction of the new countryside, and work together with their industrious hands and wisdom to build a more civilized, rich and beautiful Xinxibian!"
Yuan Xiuwan Architects designed a series of architectural groups and plans such as libraries, kindergartens, nursing homes, and village committees.

It follows a rigorous style and lays a unified theme for the whole village. The project is to build a new library for the village. In order not to block the view from the south side of the museum, the humble building is presented in a low, single-storey structure. In order to better integrate with the landscape of the front square, two thirds of the building's facade is covered with glass curtain wall, which brings the surrounding landscape into the interior and welcomes the villagers and visitors with an open attitude.

In order to make the nursing home appear less obtrusive and reduce the visual impact, the external wall uses red brick and wood color material elements, so that the nursing home and the surrounding buildings are integrated, but also reflect the local natural atmosphere of the surrounding environment. Not only does the partial square box look light, but the full-height vertical grille with melody on the balcony looks elegant and quiet. All in all, the final nursing home not only achieves a close connection with nature, but also meets various functional needs.

The complex building of the village committee is located in a special location. The tense surrounding relationship has a good landscape view and a small square from the south to the south. The design caters to the surrounding environment by retreating from the platform. The color, texture, texture and scale of bricks are extracted from the local architectural and cultural context to guide the design and evolution in a modern way. To the south, large areas of glass and terraces are used to speak to the nature of the site, while the other three facades are decorated with long red bricks in harmony with the surrounding buildings, which have a modern feel but also lose the local context.

Art museum, kindergarten, library, nursing home and other functions for the children of Xibian Village can receive good education and feel the influence of culture, but also let the elderly have a home in their old age. The countryside is no longer a cultural desert, and the rural revitalization has the deepest confidence and support. Standing at the historical intersection of the "two hundred years" goals, the rural revitalization of Xibian Village is one of the microcosm in the national poverty alleviation and rural revitalization strategy. At the same time of the revitalization of the countryside, the experience is extended to more rural revitalization and common prosperity, and has contributed to the revitalization and development of rural construction, industrial development, cultural inheritance and other fields.
